Derwin Carela grew up near Boston in Worcester MA, Founder & Co Owner of Independent Broadcasting & Media Production Company PureDiceFilms, his ambition is to support other creative minds in the New England area with providing the necessary tools for success.

Co-Owner, Producer & Multi Media Specialist
Stephanie has 8 plus years of experience in Management and Sales with her experience she manages all production, content and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon creative and strategic standards. She runs the business seamlessly with clients from beginning to end.
LILY URQUHART
Lead Production Assistant
Lily Graduated with a BA in Theatre at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, she is passionate in all aspects from film design,set,audio, to freelance voice overs. Lily also is a producer/cohost of her very own watching silent films podcast.
CHRIS BARRY
Project Manager, Photographer
Chris is finishing his Communications degree at Clark University. He enjoys all aspects in Visual Content. His creativity does not only include Photography, Chris also has his own YouTube channel cblightsout where he shares multi-sports and gaming content.
ERIC SIMPSON
Cinematographer, Videographer & Editor
Eric, Attended the Arts Institute of New England where he studied Audio Engineering and Multimedia production. He has been involved in the Providence, RI Film scene working with companies such as 989 Studios and JL Pictures before making his way back to Worcester, MA. Eric has many talents including Musician, Audio Engineer, Drone Operating and more.
Also, owner of his very own Skyrise Aerial Solutions - Drone Services.

After many years of working in the workforce specializing in consumer service in some of the best well-known Companies. Courtney has a passion for creating and loves to be involved in all part of production. Working as a production assistant for PureDiceFilms has driven her passions in the industry.
RYAN CABANA
Cinematographer, Videographer & Editor
Ryan is a cinematographer/videographer right out of college! He enjoys doing filmmaking whether it be music videos, short films or client work. He is excited to bring his passion for filmmaking to PureDiceFilms.
